The Sisters Of Mercy - Maritime Hall, San Francisco - 06.02.1998 (Flac)

A request from sisterstekland. There was already a MP3 version of this concert, this is a FLAC of the same source but with a defferent transfer. Sound is very good. Thanks to Creature_d for sharing this one on DIME.

Audience master recording > cdr > Asunder extract & conversion to Flac8

Pretty good sound quality. I remember it being one of the better recordings for the 98-99 tours and at the other end of the spectrum had to be this Washington DC recording this girl sent to me. Anyway, this is a pretty good aud recording, but there is a fairamount of crowd chatting/cheering and one girl asking if he does this(recording) just for SoM shows or all shows he attends. Of course he offers her a copy. Also, he tells her he has 130 or so recordings by SoM, quite impressive especially if alot of it is on vinyl/cd. I looked over at discogs and SoM have 245 unofficial albums/singles/EP etc...and they aint cheap.

I got this in a trade around 2001-02 from the taper, so thanks go out to him, sorry I forgot your name.

The Sisters Of Mercy - VPRO Interview - xx.11.1987 (Flac)

Can't remmeber whre I got this... I suspect it comes from Egg_Crisis collection, but I'm not sure... Anyway typical interview from 1987, where Andrew centers his focus mostly on new member Patricia Morrison.

By some strange reason, before the interview there's a recordings of the Sisters version of Gimme, Gimme, Gimme from 1984, wich in fact, is a good thing.

The Sisters Of Mercy - Limburghal, Genk - 13.04.1985 (Flac)

From a Master copy, excellent sound. Thanks to the original uploader. Huge upgrade on the MP3 version posted 4 years ago.

Very good audience recording

Original Notes:
Never heard this in such a great sound quality ! - Left channel is a little bit lower than the right one, but it doesn't affect the recording that much at all. Feel free to improve this... it's worth a download, even if you've got this in your collection. You won't be disappointed...

Do not sell. Buy the records and go to the shows ! Enjoy !
